SERVANT'S PRAYER

Hear my cry O Lord Hear the words of my heart and speak the words of my mouth
You know me inside and out and the desires of my heart
I mourn the day I was born but rejoice in the day I came alive
Why have you chosen me to spread the good word to the masses?
Make me your humble servant
I only live to spread the good word and to bring glory to you with everything I do.
Strip me of all beauty so that men do not focus on me but every word that you speak through me.
Break me down so I am worth nothing but let my words be more priceless than gold, silver or diamonds.
When I live let my actions speak volumes and the Holy Spirit move in me and hit their souls with the power of a thousand fists and give them no option but to serve you
I deserve less than nothing and can only hope at the end of my earthly life I may only come close to breaking even.
Be my friend, my guide, my father, my master and my savior.
Form me as your clay from your earth in your image so that men may see you and not me.
I will lift your name on high until the end of the age and beyond and serve you only!
